Job Summary
The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is a credentialed paraprofessional certified in behavior analysis. RBTs assist in delivering behavior-analytic services and practice under the direction and close supervision of an RBT Supervisor and/or an RBT Requirements Coordinator, who are responsible for all work RBTs perform.
An RBT assists students with developing social skills, reducing behavior challenges, as well as data collection.
Qualifications:
- be at least 18 years old
- have completed high school-level education or equivalent
- have Registered Behavior Certification
Reports to:
- Assigned Principal (District Evaluator)
- Assigned BCBA (Supervisor)

182 days. Salary based on Teacher Assistant Scale minimum step 13 + $4000 stipend |
